As a Class "A" contractor Rick was the Builder/owner of Williamsburg Storage and Moving at 5151 Mooretown Road in Williamsburg Virginia.

The storage building was sold in 2012 and Rick kept the Moving Company known today as "Williamsburg Movers".

Rick was former President and major stockholder of First Bancorp Mortgage that merged with Carteret Savings Bank in 2003.

Rick and his wife Pam are lifelong area residents.  They have resided in Kingsmill for 28 years.

Pam is a licensed real estate broker specializing in the buying and selling of Self-Storage Facilities.
